@natalieportman paid tribute to snubbed female directors with her outfit for the 92nd Annual #AcademyAwards . Portman wore a Dior cape embroidered with the names of the female directors who were shut out of the Oscars this year. “I wanted to recognize the women who were not recognized for their incredible work this year in my subtle way,” the actor told the @latimes on the red carpet. Despite the number of critically acclaimed films from women, only men were nominated in the Oscars’ Best Director category in 2020. Hollywood artists and their pathetical political positions but in real life they don't do it nothing for change the situations that happen in their areas. ¿Who does Natalie to end the Gender Gap in the industry? nothing. Only demands changes but not contribute with real facts.

Very subtle and person of wealth protest indeed. If she and her fellow female actors want to make a meaningful protest how about just not showing up for the night. Now that would be a real and noticeable statement.

It doesn't have to be a dior! Any machinist can sew names. Why not support the poor workers
