#Scotland and #UK : hope #StormCiara isn’t pounding down your door. 😬 speaking of cancelled flights and crazy travel conditions: I’m looking at planning our next Scotland trip later this year (wish it was sooner). #8 ! Tell me your favorite preferably out-of-the-way remote self-catered cottages and bed and breakfasts. Always happy to add to my list. Doesn’t need to be a convenient location. | For those who want to stay at this one, it’s the Green Room Cottage in Carradale, absolutely magical. #carradale #selfcateringaccommodation #thegreenroom #scottishcottage #travelinfluencer #travelblogger #travelphotographer #ilovescotland #scotlandisnow #scotlandisthebest #lovesscotland #visitscotland #scotlandtravel #cottagelife #scotspirit #scotlandphotography #scotland_lover #argyllandbute #wildaboutargyllDownload image

My mother runs an Airbnb cabin in Arsgour on the Peninsula of Ardnamurchan. Plenty to see around that area!

Beautiful. Just what I'm looking for... is that an Airbnb?
Hi there, the website Sawdays has beautiful places around Scotland. One place, called Eilean Shona, looks magnificent. I haven’t been there personally but would like to! Also Glen Dye cabins look lovely too. All three should come straight up if you google. Can’t wait to see where you go!
Also there’s a book called ‘Wild Scotland’ which has given me inspiration. It’s part of a series but amazon stock it.
We stayed in Cross Tides in Hilton of Cadboll on the Moray Firth for a few years. We loved it so much we have just bought a house here. Thoroughly recommend it.
Have you been to Knoydart - a peninsula reached only by boat or a 12 mile hike?
We had a delightful time staying with Michael and Lorna on their boat. Their adorable dog Fergus would ride too and from shore on the dinghy with us. They’re very kind and amusing people and Lorna prepared amazing breakfasts. https://abnb.me/pMHWLJ1BW3
