~ 6 am in the streets of Nuorgam the northern most town in Finland. I’m on my way to the airport, tired after week of shooting on a project in the Arctic region. I’m rushing towards the airport when I suddenly see a familiar looking movement on the side of the road. It’s -28 Celsius that morning so the fox is on a full winter fluffy coat. I jump out of the car and observe the movements of the fox for a few minutes before it’s gone to do its daily routines. A brief moment of joy and sense of no time. I jump back to the car and I am back to do my own daily routines. It’s these little moments and encounters that I live for.
