Key things to stay on track while traveling:
- BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS! Snacks that serve you. @beam has been a go to protein bar for me. Find those healthy snacks and bring them when you travel! Also has cbd in it 🔥 bonus!!
- BANDS! Bands are the easiest equipment to bring when you are traveling to continue working out! Wherever you are, try and bring some movement into your day
- BE KIND TO YOURSELF! No guilt no shame, it is OK!!!! We are doing the best we can and we also want to enjoy ourselves and not stress ourselves out!
