LOWER BODY!! πŸ’¦πŸ’¦ Babes so grateful to be traveling a lot during this time of year, teaching, seeing family, the holidays! Buuuut I do see myself stressing more because I’m not on track with my food or my workouts, as much as I am when I’m at home. (Talking about it in my story)

Key things to stay on track while traveling:
- BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS! Snacks that serve you. @beam has been a go to protein bar for me. Find those healthy snacks and bring them when you travel! Also has cbd in it πŸ”₯ bonus!!
- BANDS! Bands are the easiest equipment to bring when you are traveling to continue working out! Wherever you are, try and bring some movement into your day
- BE KIND TO YOURSELF! No guilt no shame, it is OK!!!! We are doing the best we can and we also want to enjoy ourselves and not stress ourselves out!
