Despite today’s rain, @scouts
from across County Fermanagh celebrated the re-opening of their Scout Centre in Gladdagh Glen with The Earl of Wessex 🗺🏕 #RoyalVisitNI
The centre is located in the heart of a UNESCO Global Geo Park, built along a wooded glen, next to the River Cladagh. It has been fitted with a range of facilities to help local walkers and scouts make the most of the outdoors. Amenities include a kitchen, drying room, bathroom and campfire circle.
Also today, The Earl visited a kitchen garden restoration project, heard more about the hard work of Lakeland Community Care Centre on their 25th anniversary and was taken back in time to a 200-year-old thatched cottage. See our story for more!

Someone has to tell the prince that you don't need to wear a coat and tie to a campsite.
