“Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience.” Emerson.
More than ever, I feel as though I’m appreciating each season as it comes. Before I found skiing, I was only a summer person and couldn’t wait for hiking season. I was still impatient in the shoulder seasons until I found volcano skiing in the spring. Now in the fall, I’m finally finding a season of rest and tying up loose ends of goals before starting the harmonious cycle all over again. My journey to being present in the moment is far from being over, but years later I find deeper meaning in this composition I made as my perspective of seasons in the mountains has changed - shaped by the time that also changes them.

This is so cool! We used to be strictly summer people too. It’s still our favorite, but we are slowly but surely embracing the other season and what they have to offer. :)
Pretty awesome merge!!! Paired well with a good caption! 👌🏼
Gorgeous, Mitch! I love the cooler seasons, but honestly I tolerate summer for the astro. 😁

Stunning view 👌
Fall is the “hardest” season for outdoor activities. That why I occupy them with college football and a trip to Mexico!
