A few nights ago, I was able to set up the tracker go get some much needed sleep. The target/targets being Messier 8, The Lagoon Nebula (center) and Messier 20, the Trifid Nebula (upper right). They are incredibly easy to spot with even a wider field view shot in a single exposure during a regular Milky Way shot, but by tracking them, you can see how they stand out in 3 dimensions from the background stars and dust closer to the core of our galaxy.
Along with those objects, lesser common DSOs can be seen including IC 4685 (Nebula left of the Lagoon), and Globular clusters NGC 6544 and 6553 (lower left of Lagoon). 15x180”

That's great! I just bought this exact tracker last week. Now I just need to learn how to use it. I've watched a few YouTube tutorials already. Just need to apply it someday soon.
