QUICK AB BLASTER 🔥 Visit @SculptWorld 💕 for workouts, routine, and everything else you need to become fit!

Took me just under 30 minutes to complete 3 rounds of this... no excuses I say 😜

All you need is a small dumbbell or weight (I.e filled up water bottle) and you are good to go.
Oh and don’t underestimate it, YOUR #ABS WILL BE ON 🔥
Remember it’s always quality over quantity, don’t rush through the reps. Better to feel more even if that means doing less 🙌🏻

Hit the ❤️ SAVE for later and TAG your friends:-
1️⃣ DB Plank Slider - 20 reps
2️⃣ DB Twisters - 20 reps
3️⃣ Flutter Kicks - 30 reps
4️⃣ Banded Knee to Elbow - 10 reps each side
5️⃣ DB Pass Overs - 15 reps
6️⃣ DB Reach Through - 12 reps .
