✋ ANYHOW. This is a posterior chain workout (back, rear shoulders, glutes and hamstrings). SAME SET UP FOR ALL EXERCISES. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣ Kneeling hip push 20res
2️⃣ Sumo banded squats 20reps
3️⃣ Hamstring marches 10reps/leg
4️⃣ Lying hamstring curl 20reps
5️⃣ Lying lat pulldown 20reps
6️⃣ Kneeling high rows 20reps.
